sprockets

Hey guys! Good to finally get it together and get out there. Still have some adjustments to make, especially with my ratios. Last night I was running 13/66. Not good. ratio 5.07to 1. Had allot of fun though. Just wasn't coming out of turns as good as most. 5.4 to high to jump into or does it depend more on what configuration were running? I felt like I had allot of top speed. As for my chain tensioner, I think it worked pretty good, whether it makes for less adjusting and keeps the chain on remains to be seen. I also tried running 12f and 16r for pressure but felt the ass was loose. I took it down to 12 in the back and it seemed to hold better,(for last nights conditions ). Anyone running more or less? Look forward hearing what variations are out there! Thanks, Fingers

Ran the new kart on Saturday!! Luckily for a short period since the aircleaner wasn't cleaning the air and it was dusty!!
I had a 5.3 ratio, too tall for me, I put on a 61 today, 11 tooth counter. Should be 5.4 now!!
friday will be a good day to iron bugs out with the 2 hour endurance!!

Wow, if I only new. Now things are really out there, 12/67? Who would have thought? Still might have some left at the end of the straight, these nr motors are nice. Maybe 12/68? I know I need to drive better thats for sure, but I still feel dead coming out of the turn. Again maybe its just the way I'm coming out! I still need to catch your ugly ass Chris Burton! I'm tired of looking at the back of your helmet! Ha! Nice running Sat. night! Oh well, one thing at a time. Is everyone still running hi pressure? In the 20's or close to it? I ran 15 rear and 9 front. Any one else in that range?
